We ship our products anywhere in the U.S, making it easy for you to enjoy the authentic flavors of Spain at home.
-For orders under $135, we apply a flat shipping rate feee of $19.95.
-For orders $135 or more, shipping is free.
Once your order is placed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location. We pack every item with care to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
All shipments are handled by FedEx, a trusted carrier that ensures fast and reliable delivery .
A whole Ibérico ham can last up to 9 months unopened, as long as it’s kept in a cool, dry place. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 6 to 8 weeks for the best flavor and texture. Store it on a ham stand, away from heat and sunlight, and cover the exposed meat with a clean cloth.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure online payment options. If you experience any issues during checkout, feel free to contact us at info@ibericosfinefood.com.
- Sliced ham: Yes. Keep sliced or hand-carved ham refrigerated. Take it out about an hour before serving so it reaches room temperature and its full aroma and flavor.
- Whole leg: No. A whole leg does not require refrigeration. Simply keep it on a ham holder in a cool spot, covered properly after each use.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Due to the nature of our products, perishable items are not eligible for return.
If you are not happy with your order and it meets the return criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method once the product is received and inspected. Please note: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. Refunds typically process within 3–5 business days after inspection.
Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right.
If we sent you the wrong item or made a mistake with your order, we’ll cover the return shipping and send you the correct product at no additional cost.
How to Request a Return
Please contact us at info@ibericosfinefood.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we’ll email you detailed instructions on how to proceed. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Defective Products
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a product, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.
Unopened, a whole ham can be stored for up to 9 months from the time of delivery. Once opened, cover the cut surface with a piece of the removed fat or a clean cloth, and enjoy it over the next few weeks for optimal taste.
